A kitchen sink that drains slower every week, a shower that backs up mid-rinse, a floor drain that gurgles when the washer runs — these rarely fix themselves, and snaking the surface clog usually just buys a few weeks. Our Mallie drain team runs camera inspections to find the actual cause.
Every drain job in Mallie starts with a look inside the pipe, not a guess based on symptoms alone.
Every technician carries valid credentials and liability coverage — standard on every drain call.
We keep drain-specific equipment on dedicated trucks so Mallie, KY dispatch doesn't need a special equipment run.
You'll get a price after the camera inspection, before any jetting or excavation work begins.
From a single slow sink to a main line backing up into multiple fixtures, our drain technicians match the tool to the actual blockage.
High-pressure water clears grease, sludge, and scale buildup from the inside of the pipe wall, not just punching a hole through the clog like a cable snake.
A waterproof camera is fed through the line to locate the exact blockage, a bellied section, or root intrusion before any tool touches the pipe.
Cable snaking is still the right call for a simple hair or debris clog close to the fixture.
Tree roots that have worked into a sewer or drain line get cut and cleared with a root-cutting head, then the line is reassessed for damage.
Grease buildup in kitchen lines is cleared with jetting, which handles congealed grease far better than a cable.
Scheduled jetting on problem lines keeps grease and scale from building back up between service visits.
Dispatch asks a few quick questions about the symptoms to route the right equipment on the first trip.
A technician with camera and jetting equipment arrives within the scheduled window, ready to diagnose on-site.
You'll see or hear what's actually in the line before agreeing to the recommended fix.
The drain is cleared and camera-verified afterward to confirm the line is actually open, not just flowing better temporarily.

We serve Mallie proper and nearby Mallie, KY communities, prioritizing full backups ahead of routine slow-drain calls.
We don't upsell jetting by default; the footage determines which method actually fixes the problem.
We assess pipe material and condition via camera first; jetting pressure is adjusted for older or more fragile lines.
Ask dispatch for current camera inspection pricing when you call — it's disclosed before we schedule.
Yes — roots seek out moisture and can enter through small cracks or joints in sewer and drain lines, especially older clay pipe.
We can recommend a maintenance interval based on your trap size and kitchen volume after the first service visit.
Cable snaking often just punches through the clog rather than clearing the buildup coating the pipe wall, so it recurs.
